2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds for paid employer services may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation before Listing Goes Live: If you cancel a job listing or premium service before it has been made live on the site, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Not Delivered: If you have paid for a service, such as a job posting or featured ad, and the service was not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., technical issue), you may request a refund.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment was accidentally made for the same service, we will issue a refund for the extra payment.

2.3 Service Downtime

In the unlikely event of significant site downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that affects the visibility of your job listing, we may offer a partial refund or credit for future listings. Refund requests for downtime must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

3. Paid Services for Job Seekers & Companies

Job seekers may purchase premium services, such as CV review, profile boosting, or access to exclusive job postings. Refunds for these services are subject to the following conditions:

Refunds for paid job seeker services may be issued if:

  • Service Not Delivered: If you paid for a service but did not receive it due to an error on our part, you may request a refund.
